"I had tried using earwax drops the day before Thanksgiving and of course also a Q-Tip. What I ended up doing was pushing it more into my ear which caused it to be blocked and everything was muffled. Scheduled an appointment for the following Monday morning to get it cleaned out. WOW!!!!!! Michelle did an amazing job of getting me unblocked and I could actually hear again. She also did my other ear which had good deal of wax and got that cleaned out for me too. Nice people and Great service. I would highly recommend them. Thanks Michelle"
